Tutor Safety & Vetting
All tutors are fully vetted, interviewed, and DBS checked before they begin teaching. We only work with tutors who demonstrate strong subject knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine ability to support student learning.
Quality Assurance
We regularly review tutor performance and student progress to ensure high standards are maintained across all sessions. Feedback is encouraged after lessons.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Lessons can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. We aim to be flexible and fair, while also respecting tutor availability and scheduling commitments.
Data & Privacy
We only collect the information necessary to provide tutoring services. Your data is never shared with third parties without consent.
